Bonree at IDECS26: AI-Native Observability Powering Southeast Asia’s Digital Economy

2026-10-21

From October 5 to 6, the 9th Sarawak International Digital Economy Conference (IDECS26) took place in Malaysia. The conference brought together government agencies, industry enterprises, research institutions, and technology ecosystem partners from around the world and the region, drawing attendees from more than 30 countries to discuss opportunities in artificial intelligence, semiconductors, deep tech, and the emerging space economy. Bonree (SHA: 688229), a global leader in intelligent observability, was invited to take part. It engaged in in-depth exchanges with enterprises and institutions across Southeast Asia on AI-native observability and the governance of complex IT environments, showing how intelligent observability supports the stable operation of enterprise digital business.

Bonree Attends IDECS26, Exploring New Paths for AI-Native Observability to Power Southeast Asia’s Digital Economy

As a major annual event for Sarawak’s digital economy, IDECS26 was jointly hosted by the Sarawak Digital Economy Corporation, the Sarawak Multimedia Authority, and Sarawak Information Systems (SAINS). Under the theme “Scaling Innovation Ecosystems for a Borderless Economy: Earth, Orbit & Beyond,” this year’s conference focused on key areas including AI, semiconductors, digital talent, and the emerging space economy, driving the translation of innovative technologies into industry applications, investment opportunities, and economic growth.

As Southeast Asia’s digital economy continues to grow, enterprise IT architectures are rapidly evolving toward cloud-native, distributed, and AI-driven applications. At the same time, enterprises pursuing digital transformation must tackle several key challenges: fragmented data across multi-cloud environments, rising system complexity, inefficient fault localization, growing pressure on alert governance, and adaptation to local deployment requirements.

Addressing Regional Digital Challenges and Showcasing Bonree ONE’s AI-Native Observability Capabilities

At the conference, Bonree set up a dedicated Bonree ONE exhibition zone. Through product demonstrations and scenario-based solutions, it showed representatives of government agencies, IT service providers, and technology companies from many countries and regions how the Bonree ONE unified intelligent observability platform performs in real enterprise digital environments. The platform helps customers build an end-to-end, full-link observability system, improve fault localization and intelligent operations efficiency, and keep business running reliably.

Bonree ONE is a unified intelligent observability platform built by Bonree for the AI era. Guided by the core principles of “unified data collection, unified data model, and unified permission system,” it consolidates scattered monitoring tools into a single platform. It integrates application performance observability, infrastructure observability, log analysis, and network performance observability, and brings together five types of data signals: metrics, logs, traces, events, and profiling. It supports the stable operation of more than 200,000 probes and delivers end-to-end, full-link observability from the end-user experience down to the code level, cutting fault localization time from “hours” to “minutes.”

For LLM applications, Bonree ONE provides AI observability capabilities, including tracing of model call chains, latency analysis, and visibility into token consumption and cost. It is compatible with mainstream agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Dify, and offers unified observation of both public cloud and privately deployed LLMs, including GPT, DeepSeek, and Qwen, so that LLM applications are fully visible and controllable throughout their operation.

Bonree ONE includes the in-house Sage AI operations agent workbench. Through natural language interaction, operations staff can complete 80% of routine operations work, such as data queries and inspection analysis, covering more than 90% of automated operations scenarios. Combined with intelligent analytics for anomaly detection, fault assessment, and root cause analysis, it improves operations efficiency and keeps digital business running steadily.

Localized Service Footprint Supporting Overseas Digital Projects

Bonree has established overseas operating entities in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. Backed by regional technical teams, it provides local customers with end-to-end localized services spanning solution adaptation, project delivery, and technical support. To meet Southeast Asia’s growing demand for digitalization, Bonree will keep refining its AI-native observability capabilities, tailor its products and scenario-based solutions to regional market characteristics, and respect local data compliance requirements. Working with industry partners, it will bring intelligent observability to more business scenarios and provide steady support for the high-quality development of Southeast Asia’s digital economy.
